Ingredients:

1 onion sliced
1 pear chopped
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
3 pork chops with bone in
1.5 cups white wine

1. heat 2 TB olive oil in a pan. add onion, rosemary, pear, garlic salt/pepper and cook about 5 min til onions are browned. remove from pan.

2. season the pork with garlic salt . heat another TB of olive oil in same pan. add pork chops and cook for 4 min on 1 side. Flip, add onion/pear mix back to pan. cover all with wine. Cover and cook about 4 min. Uncover and cook til reduced about another 3-4 min.

The pork is very juicy and flavorful and the slight sweet of the pears is lovely. :-)
